At Arcade Medic LLC, we’re passionate about keeping the fun alive—"Nursing fun, one pixel at a time!" My journey into arcade repair began in 2005 while working as a ride attendant at Jake’s Unlimited (formerly Amazing Jake’s) in Mesa, AZ. I earned the opportunity to become a game attendant, and from the moment I repaired my first pinball machine, I knew this was more than just a job—it was my calling.

With over 14 years of hands-on experience, I’ve worked extensively in the arcade and Family Entertainment Center (FEC) industry, specializing in arcade games, laser tag equipment, bowling pinsetters, and cashless payment systems. I spent seven years each at Jake’s Unlimited and Main Event Entertainment, gaining invaluable expertise with some of the biggest names in the business.

I founded Arcade Medic LLC with a mission: to provide high-quality, reliable arcade repair services to businesses and homeowners alike—especially those smaller FECs that don’t have an in-house technical team. Unlike other service companies, we go the extra mile—literally! Whether you’re located across town or across the globe, we’re willing to travel nationwide and even internationally to get your games up and running, so they’re making you money instead of costing you money.

Over the years, my dedication and problem-solving skills in the arcade industry earned me the nickname "The Game Whisperer." Now, as the Chief Game Whisperer at Arcade Medic LLC, I take pride in diagnosing and fixing even the trickiest issues to keep the fun going!
